MamaEgima may deliver through GIG Logistics, motor park delivery, or another agreed delivery method depending on destination, product, customer preference, cost, and availability.
GIG Logistics
- Pickup point delivery may be available.
- Estimated delivery may be 3-5 days where applicable, but timelines are not guaranteed.
- Tracking may be provided when available.
- GIG Logistics is usually more structured and may cost more than informal delivery options.
Motor Park Delivery
- Usually cheaper and commonly used for Nigerian intercity delivery.
- Delivery time may vary based on park schedule, loading time, driver availability, weather, and route.
- Customer may need to pick up from the motor park or agreed point.
- Tracking may be limited and updates may depend on phone communication.
Delays
Delivery can be delayed by logistics provider issues, weather, holidays, incorrect customer details, unavailable customer, transport disruptions, or high-demand periods. MamaEgima will assist with follow-up but cannot fully control third-party logistics timelines.
Incorrect Address or Phone
Customers are responsible for correct delivery address, phone number, pickup point, and availability. Extra delivery costs may apply if incorrect information causes failed delivery or rerouting.
Delivery Fee Confirmation
Delivery fees should be confirmed before dispatch where possible. Delivery fees may vary by location, product size, courier choice, pickup point, and urgency.
