- Chat messages, support replies, admin/staff responses, and receipt verification follow-up.
- Promotional messages, fashion drops, and product group notifications.
Consent
MamaEgima requests user permission before sending push notifications where required by Android, browser, or device settings. Users can accept, deny, or later withdraw notification consent.
Opt-Out Rights
Users can turn off notifications in Android settings, browser settings, app settings where available, or by revoking notification permissions. Opting out may prevent product alerts and chat reply notifications on that device.
Delivery Limits
Notification delivery depends on device settings, network, browser, Android version, Firebase/Web Push availability, battery settings, and user permissions. MamaEgima cannot guarantee every notification will arrive.
