Purpose
MamaEgima groups and chat are for fashion shopping, product updates, order support, receipt confirmation, delivery assistance, and respectful communication between customers and staff.
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, insults, threats, hate speech, abusive language, or intimidation against staff or customers.
- Fraud, scams, fake payment claims, fake receipts, altered screenshots, impersonation, and misleading order claims.
- Pornography, sexual content, illegal products, violence, spam, repeated unsolicited messages, or content that violates Nigerian law.
- Attempts to manipulate orders, scrape data, attack the website/app, or disrupt groups and support queues.
Enforcement
- Warning or request to edit/remove content.
- Message restriction, group removal, or temporary chat restriction.
- Account suspension, permanent ban, order cancellation, or report to appropriate authorities where fraud, threats, or illegal activity are involved.
Reporting
Users can report abuse, staff misconduct, fraud, fake products, offensive messages, group abuse, or payment issues through the Report Abuse page. MamaEgima may create content moderation logs when reports are reviewed.
