Product Groups
Users may join MamaEgima product groups to receive product updates, fashion drops, saved product reminders, and group-specific product notifications.
General Group Notifications
All users may receive notifications from a General Group for important product updates, including users who downloaded the app but have not joined a specific group yet, subject to notification consent and device settings.
Opt-Out
Users can opt out of notifications where supported by browser, Android, or app settings. Some account, order, security, or support messages may still be sent where necessary to complete transactions or protect users.
Admin Product Posts
Admin/staff product posts may trigger notifications. Group content must follow community rules and acceptable use requirements.
Moderation
MamaEgima may remove content, restrict group access, or suspend users who misuse product groups, spam, harass users, or attempt fraud.
